Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, weโ€™ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.

Follow this link to check the status of your order. We can also send you notifications about any important updates regarding your order – just make sure youโ€™ve opted into notifications.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Accountย from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, selectย Ordersย from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged. Findย more information about auth holds.

The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:

We will send you an email if any part of your order is canceled or if we need more information to process your order.

We (the platform) do not provide shipping services. Unless the seller explicitly lists โ€œFree Shippingโ€ on a listing, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Arrange your own pickup with the seller or choose a carrier you prefer.
  • Coordinate details (pickup time, location, costs, tracking) directly with the seller.
  • Any post-purchase shipping matters are handled between the buyer, seller, and carrier.
Short version: No platform shipping. If the listing doesnโ€™t say โ€œFree Shipping,โ€ the buyer arranges pickup/shipping and pays for it.

Why don’t Shop deliver to me?

Weโ€™re always expanding our delivery area, and hope to be in your area soon! Please registerย with us, so we can email you as soon as we start delivering to your address.

You can change your address after placing an orderย only if you meet all 5 criteria:

  • Seller has not arranged shipment for your order.
  • You have not made payment orย payment has not been confirmed.
  • You have not requested a change of address for the order before. Delivery address can only be changed once for each order.
  • New address does not incur higher shipping fee.
  • Did not use a Free Shipping Voucher when placing order.


If you meet all the above criteria, you may proceed to change your delivery address.ย 

If seller has yet to ship the order, you may proceed to cancel your order. Kindly inform the seller via Chat that you need to cancel in order to change the address. However, do note that the cancellation request is subject to seller’s approval. If the seller rejects your cancellation request, the order will proceed as per usual.ย
